Zachary J. Buchta is a member of the firm’s Personal Injury Group. He represents individuals who have suffered serious injury as a result of automobile accidents, defective products, dangerous premises, negligence, and intentional torts.
Zack earned his J.D. from the Marquette University Law School where he earned the National Sports Law Institute’s Sports Law Certificate. During law school, he was an Associate Editor of the Marquette Law Review and a member of the Marquette Sports Law Review. He was also inducted into the Marquette Pro Bono Honor Society for completing over fifty hours of pro bono work.
During law school, Zack worked for a year as a legal intern for the Milwaukee Brewers. He also worked as a mediator in Milwaukee County Small Claims Court.
Zack earned his bachelor’s degree from University of California, Santa Barbara, where he was a pitcher on the Club Baseball team that competed in the 2011 National Club Baseball Association World Series.
Zack is licensed to practice in all state courts in California and Wisconsin.
