Taylor E. Arnold has vast experience in public sector California workers’ compensation law, including training lawyers and adjusters working on behalf of employers. To our great fortune, he has switched sides and joined RLS to represent injured peace officers and firefighters. Taylor manages the RLS Workers' Compensation Group for Northern California, drawing upon his extensive knowledge and expertise to obtain the maximum benefit for our clients.
Jessica E. Berlat joins the RLS Workers' Compensation Group with many years of experience successfully representing injured peace officers and firefighters in Northern California. Jessica has litigated scores of complicated cases and also educated injured public sector employees on their rights within the workers' compensation system, including coordinating disability retirements.
Taylor and Jessica are available to provide complimentary training sessions for any RLS client to ensure that your association members know what to do when they are injured.
