RLS is extremely pleased to welcome Russ Giuntini to the firm. Russ comes to RLS after 6 ½ years as Chief Assistant District Attorney at the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office. Prior to that, Russ was a prosecutor for 25 years in the Alameda County District Attorney’s Office. While there, he successfully prosecuted members of the Black Guerilla Family prison gang; obtained the third murder conviction in the State for a drunken driving homicide; and successfully prosecuted some of Oakland’s most notorious drug dealers in federal court.
Russ’s 30 years of experience in San Francisco and Alameda County will be a huge asset and resource for our clients. He will primarily be assisting our expanding list of clients in San Francisco.
