Jim Bickert is a labor representative in the firm’s Collective Bargaining Practice Group. Jim also represents peace officers in administrative investigations and discipline matters.

Jim spent 24 years as a Contra Costa Deputy Sheriff.  He also served as the president of the Contra Costa Deputy Sheriffs’ Association for five years.  Jim has years of experience in contract negotiations as well as disciplinary and contract grievances and political campaigns.

Jim attended Lansing Community College in Michigan and graduated with a A.A. degree in Business.
