RLS principal Michael L. Rains will be teaching at this OIS and Force Investigations Course hosted by the POST Institute of Criminal Investigations. The POST ICI has designed this course for experienced detectives assigned to investigate law enforcement involved critical incidents, including officer-involved shootings, use of force incidents and in-custody deaths.
