Madison Williams is an associate attorney at Rains Lucia Stern St. Phalle & Silver, PC (“RLS”). She is a member of the Collective Bargaining Group and Legal Defense Group. Madison handles a wide range of labor and employment issues involving public and private sector employees. She represents public sector labor organizations in collective bargaining and individual peace officers, firefighters, paramedics, EMTs, and others in disciplinary investigations, arbitrations and administrative appeals.

Madison graduated with honors from the University of California, Davis and earned her law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. Madison has experience in government and criminal law, including lobbying at the California State Legislature.

Madison is licensed to practice in California State Courts and the US District Court for the Eastern District of California.
