Records Clerk (Personal Injury)
Description

The Personal Injury Records clerk will work closely with attorneys, legal assistant and paralegals. Main job functions include filing documents, ordering, reviewing and indexing records, bate Stamping and redacting documents, transcription of legal documents, monitoring task list of assigned attorneys, tracking expenses for assigned attorneys, booking travel, scheduling meetings, conference room calendaring, and communicating with clients, opposing counsel, etc.

Qualifications
· Minimum two years’ experience in a law office setting.
· Plaintiffs' personal injury experience preferred.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook, as well as Excel and PowerPoint.
· Excellent organizational skills.
· Ability to multitask.
· Ability to work individually as well as part of a team.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Great attention to detail.
· Exceptional grammar and proofreading skills.
· Ability to work overtime.
Position

Full-time, exempt

Salary

Salary commensurate with experience.
