Jack Bollier is a senior associate in the Rains Lucia Stern St. Phalle & Silver, PC (“RLS”) Personal Injury Group. Jack received his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2009. As the Executive Editor of the Law Review, he managed a staff of writers and editors which published four installments of the journal’s forty third volume. Jack was a CALI award recipient (Top Student) in Bankruptcy. He graduated from the University of California at Santa Cruz in 2006 with a B.A. double-major in Politics and Business Management Economics.
As a jack-of-all-trades, Jack has handled many different types of cases to a successful resolution related to auto, pedestrian, bicycle, motorcycle, bus, and trucking claims; various industrial and construction site accident claims; premises liability and worksite safety claims; and products liability claims. These various actions have been pursued against individuals, corporations, government entities, and insurance carriers. Jack has also handled claims in class actions, mass torts, and employment matters.
In addition to being a member in good standing with the State Bar of California, Jack Bollier is active with the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association, Consumer Attorneys of California, and American Association for Justice.
Jack is a Bay Area native; born and raised in San Mateo, California. His father was a union pipefitter and instilled in Jack respect for hard work and the rights of working people to negotiate better lives for their families. He draws on these values and convictions to negotiate fair deals for his clients against the various interests in society that try to take advantage of the legal system and avoid their responsibilities towards those that they injure.
