Gauge X. Fulmer is an associate attorney in the Rains Lucia Stern St. Phalle & Silver, PC (“RLS”) Legal Defense practice group. Gauge represents public employees in administrative investigations, disciplinary appeals, and criminal matters.

Gauge graduated cum laude from the University of Southern California with a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, and Law. While earning his undergraduate degree, Gauge worked as a private equity consulting analyst where he assisted commercial due diligence and operations development teams. Gauge continued on to earn his J.D. from the U.C. College of the Law San Francsico (formerly Hastings). Prior to joining RLS, Gauge worked at a small law office focusing on real estate, business, and civil litigation.

Gauge grew up between Orlando, Florida and Lake Arrowhead, California. In his free time, you will find Gauge at one of San Francisco’s many fine art museums, reading a book at Golden Gate Park, or hiking with his dog, Alfred.

Gauge is admitted to practice in all California state courts.
