Rains is teaching at this Internal Affairs Investigations course offered by the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office on May 1st – May 3rd\, 2022 at the ASCO Regional Training Center in Dublin\, CA. \nThis Internal Affairs Investigation Course provides the the law enforcement professional the necessary skills to perform an effective\, thorough and defensible internal affairs investigation.  The course facilitators utilize facilitated discussion\, small group activities\, case studies and real-life scenarios. Students are encouraged to bring a lap-top computer and their agency’s internal affairs investigation policy.   Students will receive all course content electronically.
