Michael L. Rains will be teaching at this Internal Affairs Investigation course offered by Third Degree Communication on April 3rd – April 5th, 2023 in Placerville, CA.
Students will be able to a conduct thorough, complete and objective Internal Affairs Investigation. Students will walk through a sample investigation throughout the 24 hour course and will receive instruction on legal issues and officer involved shooting investigations. This course provides updated legislative content of Penal Code Section 835a.
