RLS partner Julia D. Fox represents San Francisco police officer Christina Hayes. Officer Hayes is accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a confidential informant. Due to the nature of the allegations, prosecutors in San Francisco and Alameda counties have dropped charges in many cases involving Officer Hayes.
Julia Fox states that the San Francisco Police Department has not explained what information the department was given or how it was provided. Fox believes the dismissals are inappropriate due to Officer Hayes's reputation and credibility.
