Dwaine participates in the representation of clients in administrative, disciplinary, civil, and criminal matters.  He provides extensive litigation support in civil and criminal proceedings and arbitrations.  Dwaine provides support to the firm’s attorneys in drafting legal documents, reviewing and organizing case materials, and researching case law and statutes.  Dwaine is also the point of contact for all potential new clients.  Dwaine has been working as a paralegal for six years, four of which have been with Rains Lucia Stern, PC.
